This property was converted from a dark, dilapidated property into a beautiful contemporary, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Including carbon neutral log burner installation, marking the start of our journey in carbon neutral and renewable energy sources. The end results were stunning.
This property sold within 2 days, for more than double the original purchase price, 6 months prior.
PARK TERRACE
Garden flat, full restoration. This property was converted from a 3 bed/2 bathroom to a 4 bed/3 bathroom and benefited from the creation of a new hallway, which not only created a more appropriate entrance, but allowed a natural flow from room to room.
