Lilium Homes Director and Principal Contractor - Sam, bought and refurbished her first property when she was just 20, studying Science and Medicine at the University of Glasgow.  After graduating she spent 12 years in Financial Analytics, but her passion continued to grow within property development and period home restoration, as she bought and sold her own homes and helped many friends along the way.  In 2016/17 having had several years of working alongside a great team of sub-contractors in the construction and design industry, Sam took the plunge and launched Lilium Homes Ltd.  In May 2022 on their 6th year anniversary of trading, the demand for Principal Contractor services from LH has been growing steadily.
